1. Scope and acceptance
1.1 Services covered
These terms apply to services made available by Sablean Dcedar. They cover the website, enquiries, reservations, venue entry, dealer-hosted offline poker sessions, poker nights, social tournaments, dining, bar service, private poker suites, corporate events and other venue experiences we make available. They also apply to the use of our poker tables and poker chips as venue equipment within hosted experiences. Formats, hospitality offerings and session arrangements can vary, and not every experience, menu item or table arrangement will always be available.
1.2 Acceptance and booking authority
When you use the website or contact us about an experience, you agree to provide accurate information. If you make an enquiry or booking for a group, organisation or event, you confirm that you have authority to act for that group. Booking details presented during an enquiry or in a confirmation may apply to the selected poker table, dining experience, private room or event. Please review those details carefully and raise questions promptly if anything does not reflect your intended arrangement.
Hosted card lounge play
1.3 Social entertainment format
Offline poker at Sablean Dcedar is hosted, skill-based social card lounge entertainment. Guests must follow the applicable venue format and reasonable directions from a dealer or host. Poker nights and poker league formats may be programmed from time to time, but their timing, capacity, seating, rules and availability can differ by session or event. House etiquette and format guidance help keep play considered, clear and welcoming for guests of different experience levels.
2. Reservations, arrivals and hosted play
2.1 Reservation requests and availability
A reservation or enquiry request is subject to venue availability and is not confirmed until Sablean Dcedar communicates confirmation. This applies to requested poker tables, sessions, dining times, private suites and event arrangements. Please check confirmation details carefully, including the experience requested and the practical information provided. We may make reasonable changes to session arrangements where needed for venue operations, capacity, safety or service, and will communicate relevant updates through the details supplied with your enquiry where practical.
2.2 Arrival, participation and seat allocation
Guests should arrive ready for their confirmed experience and follow staff instructions for seating, table allocation, poker chips, session starts and transitions between poker tables. Hosted play relies on a respectful, orderly environment for everyone present. A delayed arrival may affect practical participation or seating, particularly where a session has begun or a table arrangement has changed. Please follow applicable house etiquette and format guidance, and ask a host if you need help understanding the session flow.
2.3 Changes, cancellations and group communication
If your plans change, please use the booking channel promptly so we can consider your updated request. Where service-specific conditions apply, they will be communicated with the relevant booking details. Event organisers are responsible for sharing confirmed information and venue expectations with their invited group. We may communicate practical alternatives where available, but cannot guarantee a replacement time, room, table or format. For booking questions, contact [email protected] or +61 2 8015 6384.
3. Dining, bar and private-event arrangements
3.1 Dining and bar availability
Dishes, cocktails, service times and availability may vary. Flame-grilled dishes, cocktails and boutique dining are part of our hospitality offering, but a particular item or arrangement may not be available at every visit. If you have a booking requirement or question relevant to your dining experience, please communicate it through the booking process where appropriate. Confirmation details are the best guide to the arrangement requested for your visit.
For organisers
3.2 Private poker suites and corporate events
Private poker suites, group dinners and corporate events may involve tailored arrangements confirmed with the organiser. Those arrangements can address the agreed format, timing, guest numbers and room or table setup. Organisers should share relevant confirmed venue information with attendees before arrival. Any private poker experience remains a dealer-hosted, skill-based social card lounge activity, and participants are expected to follow the applicable format and reasonable venue directions throughout the event.
3.3 Respect for service and venue operations
Guests and organisers must cooperate with reasonable staff directions needed to deliver dining, bar, poker and private-event experiences safely and smoothly. This may include practical adjustments to the running order, table arrangements or service flow. Our aim is to balance considerate hospitality with the needs of the venue and other guests. We will make reasonable operational adjustments when needed and ask guests to respond constructively to directions connected with those adjustments.
4. Guest conduct, etiquette and safety
4.1 Respectful participation
Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, dealers, hosts and venue property. This expectation applies during offline poker, dining and event experiences. Poker nights and poker league sessions are shared social settings, so considerate participation helps everyone enjoy the room. Please treat fellow guests with courtesy, allow the hosted experience to proceed without unnecessary disruption and respect the hospitality environment around you.
House etiquette
4.2 Hosted directions and session flow
Guests must follow reasonable house etiquette, session-format instructions and dealer or host directions relating to poker tables, seating, turn-taking, poker chips and the orderly running of hosted play. Relevant instructions may differ by session or event. They are intended to protect a welcoming social environment and help every guest understand how the experience is being run. If a direction is unclear, please ask before acting so the table can continue with confidence and consideration.
4.3 Safety, property and reasonable intervention
Guests should take reasonable care of personal belongings and venue property. Sablean Dcedar may take reasonable action to manage safety, disruption, capacity or operational issues. Where reasonably necessary, this may include asking a guest to follow directions, pause participation or leave an area. Any such action is intended to support safe, respectful hospitality and the practical delivery of the poker lounge, dining grill and event environment for everyone present.
4.4 No circumvention of venue format
Guests must not use venue spaces, poker tables, poker chips, poker nights or poker league activity in a way that conflicts with the hosted social-entertainment format or reasonable venue directions. Sablean Dcedar provides skill-based social card lounge entertainment, and the format must be respected by everyone taking part. This condition applies equally to individual guests, groups and organisers and supports a clear, considered experience across the venue.
